Does one need a wind blocker? Nobody needs one but, on the highway, it sure comes in handy. In fact, my stereo volume setting prior to the windscreen on the highway was 27 to 30 and now it is 17 to 20. Quite a difference. If you have a roll bar installed, then this is a simple project.

The seat belt issue on the other hand is very annoying. I tried the MOSS solution and somehow, the belt would get twisted and often even come out of the holder. When I installed the roll bar, the MOSS seat belt guide was too long and would not fit. So, I had no other options other than creating a solution.
