Help Me Make a Decision. I have a 2018 R1200R and I ride in the summer only (Canada) and I have 18,000 Kilometers. My 3-Year Warranty expires June 2021. The dealer strongly suggests that I purchase an extended warranty to for a total of 72 Months unlimited Kilometers (until June 2024) at a total cost with taxes of $ 2,610.30 Canadian or $ 2,007.00 USD. He claims if one electronic board goes it would pay for itself. Thoughts and suggestions?
