I extend a congratulation to my wife Chantal who passed her re-test yesterday using a Honda motorcycle and not her Vespa. She now has her full license and can drive at night and on highways. Hopefully after my operation I will be able to join her riding late summer or early fall.
I will be having hand surgery for which I am not looking forward to having. The surgery is on June 27, 2013 and I will be in a cast for 2-weeks then physiotherapy begins. When I will be able to ride will depend on how my therapy and healing progresses after the cast is removed. Below is an explanation of what they will be doing…

I encourage you in the strongest terms to get some arnica montana from a health food store and start taking it as directed for a week before your surgery, and then afterward until it heals. It will DRAMATICALLY reduce bruising and swelling, and shorten the healing time SIGNIFICANTLY! Being homeopathic, it should not interfere with any other allopathic medications you might be prescribed. Best of luck and here’s hoping you’re riding again soon!
