It is Saturday morning, sunny and a cold -7.2 degrees Celsius at 8:00 am. Chantal’s Birthday present arrived yesterday (A Rev’it Ventura Pants and Jacket) and she is just wanted to try it. For those women who may read this blog, the Rev’it Ventura jacket is simply the best designed riding jacket and pants for women. For example, they sell the pants in short, regular and long sizes. Things like the zipper along the chest to open for air flow is properly designed and located for women. Interested, watch the Revzilla Video that is on this linked page.
Anyhow, enough about women’s gear. Cold or not, how could I resist that offer? First and foremost, my wife has never wanted to ride when it is the slightest bit cold outside and second and even more important “SPRING IS ALMOST HERE!”.
So out came the bike and we decided to try a 2-hour ride to visit a new Vespa Dealer in Orleans that has a museum of older bikes on their second floor. Additionally, they had a Piaggio BV-350 next to a Vespa GTS 300 for my wife to compare since we will be purchasing her a new bike.
The big problem with visiting a bike showroom is that I may want (or really could just do it) to buy another bike such as this funky brand new Russian Made ?

Well, I made it in and out without signing a contract 🙂
